The 5 Transformations
During the 5-week Challenge you take control of your inner voice.
Week 1: Wear [I] on Your Left Wrist


Focus: Whenever a negative thought surfaces, glance at the "I" bracelet and gently push that thought aside.
Color Cue: The bright or matt color works as a visual reminder to pause and dismiss unhelpful inner chatter.

Week 2: Move [I] to the Right Wrist & Add [AI] on the Left
Focus: You still "Ignore Negativity" with the bracelet now on your right wrist—but your left wrist introduces "Amuse & Inspire."
Color Cue: This second color signifies the playful energy you need to transform insecurities into motivation.

Weeks 3 to 5: Repeat & Stack
Process
Each new week, shift last week's bracelet to your right wrist, and wear the next transformation on the left. By Week 5, you'll have four bracelets on your right wrist ([I], [AI], [G], [A]) and the final "B" (Befriend) on your left.
Result

Alternative Method
You can also make a bold statement and wear all five bracelets on your right wrist from the start and move them one by one each week to your left wrist. This way even more people will ask questions. Overcoming this is a huge confidence builder (just ignore your inner dialogue).
