The 5-Week School Challenge explained

The 5-Week School Challenge explained

Turn everyday moments of self-doubt into opportunities to practise the Five Transformations. Age-matched stories, memorable bracelets and AI-assisted preparation bring the experience into your classroom—without starting from a blank page. The 5-Week School Challenge introduces T1–T5, one Transformation each week. We encourage every class to continue with the optional sixth week: T0. Each bonus story rehearses all five Transformations together. Five school days per week means 25 core stories + 5 bonus stories = 30. No weekend assignments are required.

The Magic of Confidence

On the first day of a five-week school challenge, Inse, a nine-year-old boy, worries about giving a short speech on his favorite animal. His older sister Curity, who is 12, encourages him to ignore his insecurity and trust his ideas. Inse takes a steady breath, steps up to speak, and delivers his speech clearly as his nervousness fades. His classmates clap, and he feels proud. Later, Curity hugs him, and they talk about how the challenge helped him find confidence.

How Inse responds to insecurity by taking a breath and speaking despite his worry.

    Turn reactions into questions

“Another programme?” is a useful starting question. What would it actually add?

  2. 2

    Look for a workable possibility

Could it fit something you already do? What would a manageable first class look like?

  3. 3

    Check the facts

Separate programme information, your school's requirements and unanswered questions.

  4. 4

    Take one small step

Review a story, ask a colleague or clarify one practical concern.

  5. 5

    Choose with confidence

Proceed, adapt, investigate further or decide it is not the right time.

See what participation looks like

The Voice of Insecurity, the Voice of Security and the Five Transformations give students something concrete to recognise and practise. Stories make the ideas relatable; classroom conversations put them to work. The programme can complement the wellbeing work your school already does.

For students

Meet Inse and Curity in stories matched to their level. Listen or read, explore a familiar situation and practise a small response. Bracelets keep the Transformations visible.

For teachers

Select your class level once. Copy a ready-to-use prompt into your own AI to prepare all five weeks and the bonus week, including activities and parent messages. Review the result and adapt it to your class.

For parents

Understand what the class is practising and follow the stories in Inny.app. The teacher can prepare clear welcome and weekly messages, without writing each one from scratch.

Your time belongs with your class.

The stories are already live in Inny.app. The School Portal supplies the prompts and story references. You bring your knowledge of the class: review the plan, choose a suitable moment and guide the conversation. Preparation is supported, not shifted onto you as a new content-writing project.

  1. Choose once: Pick the class level. Add an adaptation only when your class needs one.
  2. Prepare the whole programme: Use one prompt for the full programme, then review the AI output. Individual-week adjustments remain available.
  3. Make it your classroom's routine: Read or listen together, discuss and practise. Choose timing that works for your timetable; no fixed daily duration is promised.

A classroom activity

Choose a favourite animal. Draw it or practise one sentence about it with a partner. Take a calm breath and try saying the sentence. Sharing with the class is optional; listening is welcome too.

Two questions to start a conversation

  1. What does the child do before starting to speak?
  2. What could help someone take a small step even when they feel nervous?

A message ready for parents

Today we explored a story about speaking in class despite feeling nervous. The children could draw, practise a sentence with a partner or listen. We practised taking a small step without waiting for every doubt to disappear. If your child wants to, ask which small step they would like to try next. Sharing personal worries is not required.
