Meet Jeannette Belonje and Pyke van Dieren
We are the founders of InnerVoice and parents to five. Our own experiences with the inner voice led us to years of independent study across psychology, behavioral science and cognition. Together, we developed the Five Transformations and bring human connection, research, practical experience and technology to InnerVoice and its official app, Inny.
Jeannette Belonje
Founder — Psychology, Human Experience & the Five Transformations
Jeannette's own experience with insecurity became the starting point for InnerVoice. Over the years, that personal journey developed into an intensive independent exploration of psychology, human behavior, emotions and the patterns that shape how people think and act.
Combining years of study with practical experience and close attention to people's everyday struggles, Jeannette helped develop the Five Transformations and continues to shape the human and psychological foundation of InnerVoice. She also brings her experience as an oral hygienist, mother of five and Inner Coach.
Pyke van Dieren
Co-founder — Technology, Systems & Behavioral Strategy
Pyke brings analytical and systems thinking to InnerVoice, combining technology with years of independent exploration of cognition, human behavior and the mechanisms that influence decision-making and change.
Working alongside Jeannette, he helps translate the Five Transformations from ideas and psychological principles into structured frameworks, digital experiences and practical tools through InnerVoice and Inny. His Colombian Indigenous heritage and philanthropic entrepreneurship also inform his perspective.
