1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Inny.app, operated by InnerVoice.io (TimeProducts BV, Netherlands). By accessing the App, you agree to them.

By creating an account or using Inny.app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Inny.app is operated by InnerVoice.io, owned by TimeProducts BV under Dutch law.

2. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your country or have parental consent (Kid Mode).

3. License

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the App or its content.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

When applicable, payments are processed by secure third-party providers. Refund rights follow EU consumer protection laws.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your journal entries and reflections. We store them securely and do not use them for marketing or AI model training.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior
Security breaches or fraudulent activity
Uploading illegal or harmful content

8. Intellectual Property

All App content—including 5TFM materials, stories, audio, branding, and UI/UX—is protected intellectual property of TimeProducts BV.

9. Service Changes

Features may be modified or removed to improve the service.

10. Disclaimers

Inny.app is not a medical or psychological diagnostic tool. It is intended for educational and self-development purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed under Dutch law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (if any). We are not responsible for indirect damages.

12. Governing Law

The laws of the Netherlands govern these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend accounts for violations.
