5-Week School Challenge
The 5-Week School Challenge introduces T1–T5, one Transformation each week. We encourage every class to continue with the optional sixth week: T0. Each bonus story rehearses all five Transformations together. Five school days per week means 25 core stories + 5 bonus stories = 30. No weekend assignments are required.

Your time belongs with your class.
The stories are already live in Inny.app. The School Portal supplies the prompts and story references. You bring your knowledge of the class: review the plan, choose a suitable moment and guide the conversation. Preparation is supported, not shifted onto you as a new content-writing project.
Apply for your school for free to access the School Portal. It brings together Start & school resources, Classroom & parent messages, and Additional school needs. Copy ready-to-use AI prompts, use the story references and track which materials you have prepared. Copying a prompt does not mark a lesson delivered.
T1: Ignore the Voice of Insecurity. Notice insecure commentary without obeying or arguing with it; never ignore real danger or requests for help. T2: Use the Voice of Insecurity for amusement and inspiration. Keep humour kind. T3: Let the Voice of Security be your guide. Encourage realistically without promising success. T4: Act despite the Voice of Insecurity. Take a small, safe step. T5: Befriend your inner voice. Make room for confidence and caution. T0 combines all five. Characters: Inse and Curity.
Make the practical arrangements clear
Applying is free. Foundation support covers 50% of the challenge value. The class fundraising target is EUR 5 per participating student. Donations start at EUR 5; supporters can also choose EUR 7.50, EUR 10 or EUR 15. The selected amount is the total gift, shared across the selected classes. innervoice.io/shop/donate. Donations are voluntary; an individual family’s donation is never a condition for its child to participate. Check funding and delivery status in the School Portal. Bracelets require a delivery request when available; applying does not automatically dispatch them. Extra support can help other schools.
Will this take over our timetable?
Choose an existing moment for a story, conversation or activity. Review the materials against the time you have. The portal helps prepare the programme; teachers still guide the class.
Do we need to design lessons or buy an AI subscription?
The stories and production-ready prompts are supplied. Use an AI your school permits; InnerVoice does not require a particular provider or paid AI plan. Review what it produces. Check staff familiarity and any support your school needs before starting.
What about parents and sensitive topics?
Explain the programme openly. Use stories as a starting point without requiring personal disclosures. Students can observe, draw or pass. Keep your school's safeguarding and participation policies in place.
Is this therapy or a replacement curriculum?
It is an educational experience for recognising and responding to everyday insecurity. It can complement existing provision; it does not diagnose, replace professional care or promise specific academic or mental-health outcomes.
